Looks like proper cast iron too. Which is indeed something to be feared, they are lethal.

Yes, not only do they transmit heat evenly and effectively, and are naturally non-stick — they can stop a bullet and crack a skull.
When I’m out on my Urban Ninja raids, I like to carry two cast iron skillets, one in each hand. I twirl them around like nunchakus.
