Mixed Greens and Beans

Fun with salads.

A fun dressing to try:

Fry 2 or 3 strips of bacon. Remove the bacon, drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
While the frying pan is still hot, and the fat is still liquid, pour off all but about a tablespoon of fat.
Add a teaspoon or two of balsamic vinegar, and whisk together. Toss this with your salad greens. Tasty!
