Summer Shrimp Salad
Saturday, July 8th, 2006It’s hot outside. Keep your kitchen cool by making a nice salad.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked shrimp (salad size — 80/100s)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Capers, to taste
1 Tb Mayonaisse
Juice of one lime
Salt, Pepper, Red pepper flake, all to taste
