Oven-Fried Chicken
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt

In the winter, I use Trader Joe’s frozen mango and pineapple chunks. It saves time and the fruit tastes nice and sweet. The brown sugar and lime juice keep the banana slices from getting brown in the fridge.
