1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/4 tsp white pepper
3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast halves and thighs
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon butter, melted
