Holiday: Drink
They serve this at The Brazen Bean, a great little cigar and martini bar. The drink is perfect for the holidays and great if you like chai lattes.
Voodoo Lady
1 1/2 oz. dark rum
1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/3 cup Chai concentrate (I like Oregon Chai or Tazo Chai, but you can make your own with tea bags, water and honey.)
2 tbsp. whipped cream
Ground nutmeg
Combine the rum and Kahlua in a glass. Heat the Chai, but don’t allow it to boil. Add the Chai to the rum and Kahlua. Garnish with the whipped cream and nutmeg.
